Privacy Policy

This policy covers only the Couldi waitlist (couldi.xyz). Our full legal documents — including the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Data Processing Agreement — are available to signed-in users in the app atcreate.couldi.xyz/legal (sign-in required).
What We Collect
When you submit our waitlist form, we collect your email address. If you choose to request a Couldi Fit Report, you may also provide your company’s website URL. We do not collect any other personal information through the form.
Analytics
We use a self-hosted, privacy-respecting analytics tool (Matomo) to measure basic page visits on this site. It honors Do Not Track, is configured not to set tracking cookies, and excludes sensitive URL parameters. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking services.
How We Use Your Email
Your email address is used solely to:
- Notify you when Couldi becomes available
- Send occasional product updates and announcements
- Provide early access invitations when available
- Generate and email you a Couldi Fit Report, when you request one
We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your Fit Report
If you request a Couldi Fit Report, an AI model (Google Vertex AI — Gemini) researches the company website you gave us using public sources: that site and public search results. Under Google’s enterprise terms, that content is not used to train Google’s models. We store the report it produces along with the pages it cited, plus the request details — your email address, the company URL, your consent, and the IP address and browser the form was submitted from.
Reports are keyed to the company domain, not to you, and are shown for up to 30 days. If a colleague at your company requests one during that window, they are shown the report generated from the earlier request rather than a new one. Each request is still recorded separately. After 30 days the report is no longer displayed and opening your link offers to run fresh research instead; we keep the generated report as a record of what we researched and what we told you, until you ask us to delete it.
We also keep an internal sales assessment of every lead that we do not show you — for example a fit score, a suggested plan, and notes for our own team. It is visible only to Couldi staff and is used to decide who we invite and how we follow up. You can ask us for a copy of it, or ask us to delete it, at support@asc.is.
Email Delivery
We use Mailgun, a third-party email delivery provider, to send our emails (including your Fit Report link and waitlist messages). Mailgun processes your email address and the message content solely to deliver these emails on our behalf, and is not permitted to use them for its own purposes.
Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe from our communications at any time by replying to any email with “unsubscribe” or by contacting us directly. We will promptly remove your email address from our list.
Data Storage
Your email address, any company URL you submit, and any Fit Report generated for you are stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted in the United States. The AI research behind a Fit Report is performed by Google Vertex AI, which may route the request across Google’s global infrastructure. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.
